That makes absolutely no sense- Not my job to help my customer?
Not my job to give them information that they're asking for?
We Support their gift cards, up to an extent. So when asked If someone "is doing a "balance inquiry" captured in the logs." the answer was yes. Then they gave me days to look at, and I found it.
They've taken it to the police, and have caught people using said gift cards who gave up information that lead to the discovery of a much bigger thing than just Flagship Gift cards. So what little bit of that was my job is over.
now they wait for the police.apparently, its actually a lot of NCR Giftcard sites that have been affected, theres like 5-6 different Companies effected by this.

Well, they do purposely make it hard for people to figure out. Can't have people buying only what they need when they can make it confusing and have people buy twice as much. I know we've been over and over this stuff before, but don't remember the topics well enough to find them this morning.
I need more caffeine!
