..... and they totally forgot to take pics of the venue for everyone, which was the primary reason that they were there. I even reminded them as they stepped out the door.

People want to cover VoIP a lot.

yes, I think that that is a 99% certain one. Just the very final schedule is being shuffled because of a few emergency changes to the speaker lineup.
