Granted - you're an hourly employee, and I'm assuming you're being paid for those hours you're at home that day.
That's probably it 100% - Im still hourly so To get paid they need to verify that I am in fact working.
lol - because they are standing over you 100% of the time while you're at the office.
my boss sits literally 5 feet away. and his desk faces mine.
