What Are You Doing Right Now

Conditional formatting is per cell. Not per Row.
So each cell would need to have it's own condition. But you want the row to be highlighted green based on what value?

If the Value in Column K is bigger than 0.5 (50%)

Must be something in LibreOffice... I just tested it with Excel 2016 and I can highlight a whole row with no problem

That has to be changed or else it defaults to some odd combo.

Yeah, I see that bit... but it seems that no matter what I fiddle it to, it just doesn't want to cooperate. But you got me pointed in a good direction, so I can go back to tinkering again.

Today has been a rather boring, long and tedious day.
From having to move users and reload old equipment to dealing with server setup issues (not resolved - still pissed - literally I can't do anything about it) to now.
I'm glad it's Friday.
