When I was an On-Site tech for Dell, we had a login website that had all the service manuals for all the machines (apart from Servers as I wasn't trained on them
), but I can't for the life of me remember what the site was

If I remember correctly, double-hop is not an issue when using CredSSP authentication.

Only an issue if your servers are old. It's just part of Windows in current versions.
