Yealink T42S with WF40 USB WiFi
-
 @JaredBusch - I think the problem is because I have an Ethernet cable connected via the injector. I had purchased a poe injector to power the phone instead of the regular ac adapter.

 @syko24 is the PoE on "no network" or is there some network info coming from that port?

 I was also thinking maybe I received a bad WF40

 Dumb question, but if you're using a PoE injector, why not just connect an ethernet cord?

They do not have a network connection in their home office. I was trying to use the WF40 as a wifi option. My next thought was to purchase a wireless bridge and then just connect the other end into the injector.

 @syko24 ah well that's a good reason.

 Are you able to test the adapter on any other phones?

I am probably just going to send her a wireless bridge and have her connect that. Eventually I will get the wifi adapter from her and can play around with it.

 Slight thread hijack here but I was wondering if anyone used the Yealink BT40 adapter (bluetooth) for T41S/T42S phones and if it worked as expected?
