ZeroTier changes?

We've been paying the $30 per month for a long time now. I didn't get a email notification that my CC was charged for the October bill. I was trying to find out where I could print the invoice and noticed this:
Then noticed that the option for Basic is still there as well. Is it always like this?

Their Edge is "available for pre-order now" but "shipping in March."

It is always look like that with my paid subscriptions showing “days left and trial “that match my billing cycle
