What PBX solution are you using?

based on his post history, I assume some half baked FreePBX system.

I was guessing at that, but was trying to coex more information out of @Jimmy_K so we could start to try and unwind this problem.

. I have checked with provider and they say the inbound route is still ok.

Yeah, they all say that. They don't even bother to check, typically.

          Dear All,

Thanks for the response. I am using Free PBX (Asterisk)

I can't check the log when the incoming doesn't run

How do I provide you the information?

The route I am using which has unique port, not 5060. I think there can be issue here but the outbound call is running well so I am not sure about the incoming call

Why the unique port? Does the provider require it?

                Routes don't have ports.

                Trunks have ports.

@scottalanmiller Yes. This port has been designed by them so it is unique

The short answer @Jimmy_K is to hire someone. No one on an online forum, no matter how skilled, is going to be able to help you solve an out of band configuration on a phone system. There are several people on here that are skilled at FreePBX who would probably be happy to provide you with rates (I am not one of them... 🙂 ). It will cost you less in the long run, and get you a better end result.

Who is the SIP trunk provider?
