Pizza Express for lunch. Later today, over Pizza. Just didn't plan food very well this week.

Put some chicken thighs in the crockpot this morning with some mole' sauce. Gotta do Taco Tuesday right (there will also be tequila).

I have had much great success with Guelaguetza mole'. All 3 flavors are excellent. That mole' rojo is the thing you need for enchilada sauce.

I had Crockpot Buffalo Chicken (made it into a sandwich). It was excellent!
