Windows 7 Pro unable updated to SP1

Dear Mango Team

Got problem when i tried to update Win7 to SP1
all updates succesfull but SP1 update only goes failed

"not aplicable........)"
"error 800f0a13 )
i really need this to install Internet explorer 11

Looks like people have had this issue on Microsoft's own site, and no answers for them.

after restoring to my first point i've created before ... able to update sp1 succesfully .
solved now by me ...
