Any movement?

There hasn't been an update in a while, any progress?
I only ask because I have been getting this error on my server for the last month and I have looked at their "doc" and it doesn't fix anything So I basically restart the services, reboot the vm and then it runs for about 48 hours. Windows 2012 R2.

Generally when these sorts of issues happen you simply need to restart the services. I've had to go and run their database cleanup tools as well, but it's rare that "that" has had to be done.

That is what I have been doing but it seems like it is every 48 hours

You can set up Zabbix to remedy that when it happens.

Or I can find another ticketing/inventory app to replace

Are you on the latest version 7.5.00107 ? That is the latest version of it and do you have any other Web Services or applications on this server as well?

Also try running Spiceworks in Safe Mode without Scans, and see if it works better for you:

From my short time trying to use shitworks' ticketing, I'd say that a bunch of post-its and a box of pencils is a better solution.

That what the same conclusion I came to after trying any of their software.

Not a lot of movement, no. @QuixoticJeremy has been a bit overworked as of late.
