      You need to input your license number. You'd get it via mail or email (probably email) from your VAR when they submit the paperwork.

      You could also have someone already on the account add you to the portal.

        @coliver Right, when did this happen? I used to be able to see them in the past.
        I am the account admin and the only account user.

          Oh i see, you do it for one license agreement and then it shows you all your stuff.
          Must have been something happened that made me reverify with them.

            I am on the phone with them now as my personal account somehow got changed to a work account (although we don't have office 365). I am trying to get it changed back to a personal account.

                Solarwinds is pretty bad, too.

                  Did you recently re-up an agreement? I've seen that trigger this behavior before.

                        Agreements expire, but I've never lost access. I've not seen new until I add them sometimes though.
