Chromium is generally what is in the repositories, not the standard Chrome. If you want the real thing, you have to actually download an installer.
What was killing my efforts seemed to have resolved after reboot. I don't recall the error really but there was something about something being locked..
I need three browsers and will also need IE for O365 things from time to time.
IE used to run under Wine.
If I have to run IE - I would WINE too.

Still does, my Fedora laptop has Wine and IE fires right up.

Guess our Fios is out, literally flapping in the breeze. Luckily we have a wireless bridge over to the other building sohauling Internet over that till Verizon can get out here and fix

Here's what I get: https://www.walmart.com/ip/R-W-Knudsen-Family-Juice-Just-Black-Cherry-32-Fl-Oz-1-Count/. Other brands are probably fine, but this is the one that works for me.
