Grilled Chilean sea bass in a miso orange glaze over wilted spinach. And cheddar chipotle mac and cheese.

Hit Olive Garden for lunch at 5pm. Guess no dinner tonight..

Dinner at High Thyme on Sullivan's island near Charleston: PEI mussels and clams in a saffron broth, topped with a jalapeno-cheddar biscuit bread pudding, horseradish crusted salmon on smoked Gouda grits, seared duck breast with balsamic syrup over red potato-corn-zucchini hash. Dessert was legit key lime pie with raspberry syrup and Irish cream cheesecake.
