Browser Refresh tool

I have been trying to avoid the SodiumSuite Timeout by using a browser refresh tool. Sadly it hasn't been working.
Since my main browser is Chrome, I have been using Super Auto Refresh - set to 3 minutes since I don't typically use it that often. However in the last several attempts to use it, it still times out.
Is anyone else attempted this approach with SS?

No that I know of, how long is it timing out for you? Maybe Sodium suite can have an adjusted timeout under your account settings.

Really? I get them constantly. It's terrible. It is a really major bug. Part of what makes it bad is that it is timing out in the background but doesn't tell you, it just stops updating the system. So it seems okay, but the data isn't up to date.

I don't, that's why I was surprised. I will have it checking out soon then.

I seem to remember now that it was mentioned it was a bug...
Since it's a bug,.. maybe it doesn't matter... since even with the refresh it times out.

Maybe, I am going to check since I have Deepin and Windows 10 with various web browsers. Mainly Chrome though.

Maybe, I am going to check since I have Deepin and Windows 10 with various web browsers. Mainly Chrome though.
It's sometimes hard to tell because certain things keep working, and certain things don't. Because so much is loaded into the browser, it appears healthy till you try to update a ticket or something and nothing happens.

In Firefox, would adjusting one of these help with the timeout issue on SodiumSuite?
