          I did that. Same problem. Because it wants to remove protected things like yum....

            Use apt-get?
            Seriously though, can you install dnf then remove and add yum again?

              Did anyone suggest rebuilding the yum database yet? (On phone, it's hard to read everything)

                        What I did to resolve everything was yum remove all the higher versions, and then yum reinstall all the lower versions.

                        That left me with just the old centos6 piece and the php-common error.

                            Then a yum update completed successfully.

                            Then I reinstalled dahdi to be safe.

                            [root@fpbx ~]# yum reinstall kmod-dahdi-linux
