TBH, I couldn't identify what I had. Something with a Italian cheese sauce, fried spätzle (what's the English term?) and some vegetables, mostly uncooked.
It tasted as good as it sounds like.

If I get a supersonic egg burrito from Sonic, maybe throw in tots or cinnasnacks...that stuff lasts me nearly all day. Half the time I can skip lunch entirely. Very filling.

I have the padding to handle missing a meal or 5. So not worried about that part.

Yeah because it's over 1/4 of your suggested daily intake (2000 calories).

I diet for me, no one else. I have never said a word to my wife about dieting either. Her doctor on the otherhand.. talked to her about weightloss surgery.. out came the diet plan..
