I would very much like to try a treadmill desk.

You trip over a mat just sitting there, but you want a mat on rollers... good luck with that. 🙂

I actually have a keyboard tray on my recumbent bike.

Do you guys love your sit/stand desks? Which brand did you end up going with?

I've been seriously looking at them lately as I've been having some nerve issues and the more I stand the less I hurt.

I've only had one for a couple weeks. I've been thinking about it a long time, and built my desk for it when I built my new office. When my chiropractor told me I needed it, I ordered it from Amazon an hour later.

          I got this one:
          https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Workstation-Ergonomic-Adjustable-DESK-V102E/dp/B071KGDGNK/
          0_1510935431323_sitstandframe.png

It was $350 on monoprice and this seems to be the same thing. I'll take a picture of my set up once I have a chance to clean off my desk.... (don't hold your breath)

One of the ladies in HR has a Varidesk and she is loving it. Managers that are ordering them are liking them. Other managers thinks they are a gimmick and won't touch them. So I have a mixed bag.

I have noticed that if I'm already on my feet, I'm more likely to move from my desk, which is good. I don't think you could argue that they make you more productive, but you can certainly argue that there are some health benefits for some people.

Sit / Stand desks are great. I think that they do aid productivity, by making you more active and alert.

I've thought about adding an anti-fatigue mat here, not for IT work but for the bar, since it is basically a working bar.

Foot rails were added to bars to decrease back pain. How old is that anti-fatigue technology?

Foot rails are for sitting at the bar. This is for behind the bar.

10/10 marks for this one. It's to modify an existing desk to be sit or stand.

Installed the sit and stand frame a two weeks ago. Still need a little more cable management and have to figure out what to do about the sub to neaten up the wires.

I almost always use a standing desk. I find that a hay-based anti-fatigue mat may not be hard wearing, but is cheap and easy to replace.
