Freepbx 13 and send-to sources in Superfecta module : no longer working?
-
Hi, good day for evryone as i'm new in your forum!!
I'm testing vultr server with freepbx 13 image, and enjoyed really my configuration (9 trunks, 20 extensions).
Just having ONE issue with Cid Superfecta (updated to last 13.0.41) which seems no longer sending caller details to send-to sources, send-to-growl in my case.
this worked in debug mode correctly with Superfecta 13.0.31, but NOT AT ALL with inbound routes in production.
Have read this thread superfecta under freepbx forum few months ago, but developer advice didn't worked for me ("Try ordering your Send-to source(s) above your lookup source(s)"
Had googled around, but seems no fix for this, anyone could hlep plz ?
My goal is to find a simple way to get popup notifications on my screen (win7) for all inbound calls received by my incoming routes. fro few years i'm using growlforwindows (need to display full name caller and called Sip), but probably others solutions exist, what are you using ??
Big thank for any help!
my configuration is very simple : i'm using Asterisk phone book + sfdatabase sources, and send-to-growl module,
in debug mode (with last superfecta 13.0.41) : i have this in window
{"error":{"type":"Whoops\Exception\ErrorException","message":"Uninitialized string offset: 0","file":"/var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/includes/processors/superfecta_single.php","line":30}}in Asterisk logfiles i noticed this detail :

regardsAre you committed to only using FreePBX? How many users is his deployed for?
-
our IncerdiblePBX 13 (is used by small team with 20 extensions, very small business. But this worked fine from 5 years with freepbx 12, now we want to upgrade to get better Astersik (13.18 instead 11.25). But facing this issue with Freepbx 13 and Superefcta.
Do you know other well working system using CID lookup sources on remote databases and sending popup with win 7 ?.
what are you using ?
-
@kdaffef he is a big fan of FusionPBX.
And since you seem to actually know what you are doing, you could easily use it.It is not something I would turn over to a non telephony experienced person.
-
@kdaffef did you set the cid lookup in the advanced section of the inbound route?
-
@jaredbusch
thx for your help, of course set cid superfecta was checked so that inbound route had to use it,Think FusionPBX is Freeswitch based ? does it able to use remote databases lookup sources and display inbound call notifications with windows 7 ?
regards

Depends on what you are doing. Fusion is just a PHP/LUA app that controls freeswitch. But it does have an API and is the best thing for freeswitch.
Kamailio is also something I've been working a lot more with lately.
Was curious though how many users.

Also was suggesting snarl as it's windows 7
-
@bigbear : snarl is supported by superfecta ?. Not sure, will check !
thank you -
no other idea with superfecta ?
