Pop in a Fedora 26 or Windows 10 DVD, problem solved. Lots and lots of shops run Windows and Linux on Mac hardware.

I was actually thinking that was the best way forward.

I bet 20% of Macs sold to business end up this way. I know so many shops that are 100% Mac hardware, 0% MacOS.

And by so many, I mean a few. But I know some, and I know zero that use Mac hardware and all run MacOS. Thirty years of consulting, seen many of the former and zero of the latter.

I was under the assumption you wanted to use Mac OSx, hence the post.

I don't want to use OSx... I just wanted to see if there was a fast way to just refresh the OS.

Start with Fedora since you dont have Windows licenses for those. With Cinnamon, just tell them it is Windows 11 Preview.

We have a doc that demanded a Mac laptop, even knowing that he will have to have windows to access some remote access stuff. /sigh

Does Windows 10 automatically detects all drivers or we still need the boot camp drivers?

                            No boot camp needed
