SodiumSuite Pricing Model

I know that SodiumSuite is still very found, but was curious if a pricing model has been figured out yet. Our year of support with Solarwinds Web Helpdesk is about over at the beginning of the year and i have started talking to my boss about possibly moving to SodiumSuite, if it fits our needs at that time.
Have we gotten this far yet? Is it going to be based per machine agent, or per tech, or what?
