They have a channel but it's just recordings of their webinars. It's not really video training, just recorded sessions. I'm thinking more along the lines of a (sponsored?) video training library made by the community, for the community.

Why not make it more pluralsight like and create ML own training/video area but free. like training.mangolassi.it or something rather than using youtube mainly. could bring more traffic for @Minion-Queen

@scottalanmiller is not allowed to do any 101 classes. Why?
- It's a waste of his time.
- He'll overwhelm us with info and the 101 will become a 301 without him even realizing.
I think we could make this a really good community project!

Excellent idea. Scott likes doing this stuff anyway, and having a site or channel devoted to it makes sense.

We don't need complex lighting or sound/video equipment. Just pull up an annotation style program, or do walkthroughs with a screen record. Overlay your speaking from a microphone and you're set. Not hard at all. A lot of screen recording programs I've seen have the ability to record sound from a microphone built in.

$299. There are other programs that do the same thing for free. The great thing about camtasia though is its so damn easy to make a video. I can make a 10 minute video in 20 minutes including the screen record time and the editing.

I re-read the article and noticed its only good for 10 minutes at a time. It's $100 for the pro version which has no restrictions
