Yes, but given I wouldn't want to climb a 350' tower in a thunderstorm, I don't expect my ISP to either.

Not a water tower in this case.. Most of those are around 200'
Because I live in an area where only 1Mbps DSL is available so we have Wireless ISPs (WISPs)

Because I live in an area where only 1Mbps DSL is available so we have Wireless ISPs (WISPs)
Not everybody is privileged to have 1 Gbps Internet connections.
