It is the USPS, what do you think? That is why they had to make stamps not expire. Buy the time you buy them, the rate changes.

There is SO much on that site that I can't find and don't know about. Using the site every day for nearly a decade, I've never seen half the screens that people often go to. Weird that they make it all so hard to find.
I get an email for every topic on there, and it's been SLOW.

@scottalanmiller Yeah, this is on the answer button to the right. I am not going to lie it has been slow with me averaging 35 post a day and I can catch up with most topic after work relatively fast.
