I cannot reply at all on chrome. Whenever I click on upvote, reply, or quote it just takes my back to the OP of the thread.

I think it was always working on mobile. I may have gotten tap happy and downvoted it before.

I cleared my cache and all that on Chrome and now I can't even login.

yes, FF, Edge, and IE work fine.
Have you tried clicking on notification on ML via Edge on Win10 1703?
Can't comment on Chrome, I don't use it unless there's a business need.

I found the issue. My new extension umatrix was getting aggressive. I have been using it a few days without any issues, and I just didn't think it would cause issues with ML.
