Windows 10 S Blocks Changes to Default Browser

On a Chromebook, can you set your default browser to Firefox, IE, Edge, etc.?
On an iPad, can you set your default browser to Firefox, IE, Edge, Chrome, etc.?

They are only blocking the ability to change the default browser. Not that you cannot install another browser. A bunch of hot air is all this shit is.
It's still very crappy. And they didn't block secondary browsers in Windows 98 either.

The import thing is that you CAN set them to NOT Edge.

My only complaint with Edge so far, is that starting with the Creator's Update (1703), clicking on notifications here give an error, unless you open them in a new tab (middle-click your mouse).
I haven't tried it under Creators. But it didn't work for me one edition back.

Yeah, well you see... it's no different than what other vendors are doing with their restrictive OSs.... it just so happens that Edge is new and people need to fix their programming
runs away
