SuiteCRM is installed, looks really nice. SO much more modern than SugarCRM that it is based on.

Really like the look of it, huge step forward from our shitty in-house database.

          Hopefully setting ours up soon.

              Running on Vultr?

How will you backup the data?

Vultr has built in backup for one level.

For another it is a database. You back it up like any other.

And the database goes to B2 as it is part of a bigger database backup mechanism. And the application has a built in backup utility as well.

Listening to weather spotter around here as tornadoes started just to the east of me and headed due north.

Apparently in a small business it's better to run the full Windows server standard gui on a hypervisor instead of HyperV Server:

Yeah, I can't tell if it is sarcasm, condescension or just sticking it to them.

The kids are taking turns asking for songs. That killed an hour.

Scott, I wish you had one of your nice detailed technical articles on virtualization: Hyper-V Server vs Windows Server.
It would be so much easier to throw out that link, drop the mic, and walk out.

Windows 10 "creators" update changed my power plan settings. Now my monitor turns off after 15 minutes inactivity.

Not a huge issue for me but just an irritation that I have to reset a setting.

It is however, a huge issue for people who have difficulty with tech, like old people.
Honestly, there's a lot of little annoyances about Windows 10 that make it look like Microsoft is silently pushing people to Linux.
