Okay. I will concede that Athens, Texas is NOT the originator of the hamburger. However, I still await @MattSpeller & @RojoLoco's report as to the TRUE originator. Even if it takes them to Rome!
Oh, I hope our search for the truth takes us to Rome! Also, I heard something about the burger being invented in the Seychelles Islands, we may have to go there....

We never see taramasalata in the US. I've never had it, but am familiar with it because of the cake in Vicar of Dibley.

ahahaha yeah! You need to try it!! Obviously it's best when fresh in Greece, but most EU places will have it in supermarkets! Fish Roe, Garlic, Onion and Lemon - a true super food
