Sure, but you you didn't ask for that. You asked for Vultr + cPanel ease. Which you can do with... Vultr and cPanel if you want. Or with CloudWays that replaces cPanel with their own tools, but uses Vultr as well. But neither of those include Softaculous. So for your original question, it should have been about what vendor bundles in Softaculous if that was the key component in question, not cPanel. Because CloudWays definitely provides what you asked for, not only Softaculous provides what you are looking for.

I'm not aware of anyone providing that. BUT, I know how it can be done. If you want to spend a little money, and really is it all that much, just get Vultr directly, install cPanel and install Softaculous. All of the components are commercial and available. It's a little expensive to do it that way, but it is not all that bad.

CloudWays ? They literally let you choose Vultr as the host and I'm actually testing them right now.

Scott, the Cloudways option is great for peeps like you.
I need access to an easy "one click" type installer for 3rd party apps.

Exactly what apps are you looking to install? Cloudways is just a managed Vultr, their panel gives you one click installs.

NextCloud, OSTicket. There might be 1 or 2 other similar apps.

Yeah, don't know anyone but Softaculous that will do those. I mean, you can use MY install guides. They are about as easy 😉 I've got specifically guides for both of those. One is already a Salt state file, so you just "apply" it and you are good to go. The other one I am working on.

                    http://centos-webpanel.com/

That has a hook for Scriptaculous. So you can install on Vultr, add CWP and then add Scriptaculous. Of course, you have to pay for that last piece, but this keeps you from paying for cPanel. Brings it closer to cheap.

Looks really nice. Not sure that it meets our needs well, though. It covers the pieces that we can handle easily but doesn't address the annoying pieces. Looks like a good product though.
