      You are trying to dual boot the system? Why is there NTFS?

        @scottalanmiller no my data are in NTFS where already windows 8.1 was there.but now deleting some partition for fedoro

          Copy that off to something else and copy back when you are done. Don't leave an NTFS partition hanging around as data storage. That's not a good idea.

              Of course no issue like this, because you are leaving remnants of Windows behind. If you did Linux first then Windows, you'd have even bigger problems as Windows can't read Linux filesystems. It's just a weird thing to have done.

                    Fedora will not overwrite the NTFS partition if you select things properly. But by default, I'm not totally sure.

                          If you plug in a USB HD, you should be able to copy the files off of that drive.

                                Just pay attention and select the right partitions for installing Fedora 25. That's about it. You can't take a backup or move the data elsewhere so you don't have many options.
