That's why I'm up now though...my body's natural schedule is reversed from most people. Up all night, sleep all day.

Last week i drink coffee to help me awake all night but around 10:00 pm i am so sleepy.
Last weekend i drink beer to help makes me sleepy as early but lols it makes me awake till 1:00 am,
Last few days i drink and went to bed at 1:00 am expected that i will get up late but i was so wrong i woke up at 5:00 am
So my head is aching -

I sleep afternoons and then into the early evening. Lately it's been 3PM-10PM is when I'm sleeping.
