Who Has Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite

I need to know what's the learning curve for this type of software. Can you download it to test it out? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have not used it. What is the impetus behind this? Being used or about to be used at the current job?

You cannot download Netsuite, it is a service, not software. So there is nothing to download. Oracle will offer classes on it for sure, and possible a trial account.

As a SaaS product, you would not normally expect IT to be the ones running NetSuite but rather the operations or accounting departments as this is an ERP and the IT side of things is handled by Oracle. Oracle offers training and certification, though:

If you're trying to apply for a job position I'd be doubtful if you'd be able to get certified in such a short time to be able to apply without people asking questions.

Thats a fair assumption. However, I did called to tell them the lack of knowledge I have for Netsuite and that I will be willing to learn it on the job. He appreciated my honesty and asked me to still send my rez in due to the fact that I have a strong System Admin background. -

That's weird since NetSuite would have no relationship to a System Admin role. Run away, it's a fake job title. System Admin skills sets do not overlap with SaaS Application Admin. No crossover in skills. That means you are looking at a really screwed up company with processes that make it impossible to really make yourself valuable.
