This guy is / wants to run spiceworks from his desktop running windows 10 pro.
A few issues, it's a desktop and will run like shit. the system is also being used to run your Goldmine Database (which will make the system run even more like shit) and lastly he wants to run the Network Monitor on it as well..

Clearly he's missing out on some performance, he should load up VirtualBox and run them all in VM's on that desktop. That'll help for sure.

I can't even begin to understand why someone purposefully wants to downgrade their hypervisor (esxi) to continue to operate older VM's.

Has 60+ users without domain! I can't even...
Currently paying $2500/month for hosted services where his employees RDP into a remote server to access software. (sounds like they are doing a lot more than just hosting the software).
And he needs assistance with picking a server to host these same services in house.
