I can't get to our hosted Helpdesk... anyone else having issues?

LOL, but it isn't an IT company, it's a marketing company. They are not at all an MSP.

It is a vacation week, that is true. They are around thirty minutes now, I think. I can't remember them having an outage over maybe five or ten minutes in forever. This is a big one.

Stow that malarky before I get into deep trouble - whole team is away at the start of December except for yours truly.
