Preparing for weekend 2 of my email migration to Office 365.
Here's hoping you get it wrapped up before the holiday.
I plan on doing a majority of it over the holiday since it will be a long break with no one using the internet at the office.

That feeling when you're downloading libraries for Eagle CAD and getting ready to burn boards again...

So the WTH of the day.
Driving down a back road in my town. Come up on a pickup truck pulled along side on my side of the road. Some guy standing in the back..... facing across the road to the field. I glance over notice a bunch of deer (like 60 or so) glance back up the idiot has a gun and is shooting at the deer.
Here are the issues:
- He is shooting across both lanes (now to give him credit this road gets hardly any traffic)
- It is not gun season here yet
- He continued to shoot when I went by!
- It is illegal to shoot within a certain number of feet of a road or house (at least there are no houses that close).
-
it's probably also illegal to shoot from a vehicle.

Did you call the police? That's a pretty heavy offense with regards to Dept of Fish & Game.

Ha.... in Alaska you can shoot from the side of the road, so long as you aren't shooting across the road. I hope you stopped, and took a picture along with his license plate.
That guy needs to be arrested.

This is why I hate gun season around here.

Yup. At least one on the road. If you drove it into a field, would be different.

If he had a MangoCon shirt on would you like hunting more?
-
possibly. Every year some idiots shoot each other, or themselves or some ones house. The average person that gun hunts is usually not so smart (and then they add cheap beer into the mix). Now I do know some really serious hunters and I have no issue with hunting in general just most of the idiots that do it. Heck I used to hunt (been years now) but as a principle, go for it.

Oh so it's cheap beer that cause hunting accidents!

The guys that can afford good beer are as dumb

You know the quantity over quality argument.

There's a tragically high number of people killed by their dog every year during hunting season. Leave their loaded rifle on the back seat with the pup, stop the truck, open the door, dog gets excited and steps on the trigger...

As long as it isn't the other way around.

Darwin awards aplenty, that's for sure. Rifles should not be loaded except when in use.

Nor should hunters.

Agreed!
