Pandora Plus - Offline Listening

Are there any Pandora Plus users out there? I have offline downloading enabled, but is there anyway to verify that I am using a downloaded station instead of LTE during my commute?

this burned me last summer - Thought I had roaming data off - nope.. damn phone racked up $300 in charges.

Ouch.
I don't use PP - but for the Linux day Office use, I have Pithos running. If I'm travelling alone, I run regular Pandora and haven't go over a few hundred MB in an 8hour drive.

A few hundred megs - well, that would have been like $1300 in charges for me... I think I downloaded about 105 MB for $300

WTF? that's like $3 a MB.
That was common but we legislated against insane charges like that. Worked.... well enough.
$10/MB was very common before the CRTC slapped them around
