What did you have for lunch or dinner today?

I love comfort food I might have to try that @BRRABill! I can make a gourmet dinner anytime I want. But when fall weather starts to hit I want comfort food!
Actually, that one doesn't have the veggies. This is the right one:

When in doubt, more tots!
Same rule goes for garlic... when a recipe calls for 2 cloves I throw in 6 for good measure.

Today's lunch: a lovely mushroom and chicken soup and a tempura fried softshell crab. Biggest, meatiest softshell I've ever eaten.

I had smoked pizza for supper tonight... No, really... It smoked in the oven for 18 minutes while it was cooking...
Of course, that had more to do with the fact that there was some hidden grease in the bottom of it than anything else, lol.

@dafyre Couple years ago I made some delicious cinnamon buns which I did not notice over flowed the pan with sugary greasy buttery deliciousness. Had fire in the oven the next day when pre-heating! Was not the excitement I wanted heheh.
