Did you optimize your DB, use image compression, caching, and etc?

You can actually use this plugin on ASO, too. It handles all the performance enhancement aspects for you.

Yes, I am using that plugin, and all optimizations.

Not sure, but I agree that their support isn't the best. The tier 1 guys seem basically useless at handling minimal tasks. However I have opened a couple higher level tickets and they were taken care of right away.

I have found A2 to be just as fast as ManageEngine. I haven't tested ASO though.
