      Just trying to pick a laptop for a user. Choose an option, wait 20 seconds for it to refresh, choose another option, 20 second wait. Cant really customize anything anymore. Just horrendous.
      Every 3 months for the last decade it has been revamped. Now it is nearly unusable. guess i wont be giving them money.

                    That's the one I was looking at in that series. Just need it to run Windows 10 pro and an Ubuntu vm competently.

                      And... it does. I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 on it, and it ships with Windows 10. I actually have two of them myself, one is Win 10 and one is Ubuntu.

                              I'm not sure I see the problem with this? Although I could build 4-6 high end gaming PCs for that amount of money.

                                  I spent $2200 on my G752VY it's what I play everything on now.

                                  it's almost a desktop, its that large.
