Creating a series of test tickets and seeing how notifications work to the users and to us internally. Seems to be working well so far (other than my clutter folder keeps catching them all)
You can turn that clutter setting off in OWA.
Sure, you can. But that doesn't disable it. It just tells you that it turned it off. Just keeps on going, though
I turned off my Clutter folder months ago. I still have to deal with the one or two Junk items,.. but beyond that.. no issues.

SAM is always at the center of these weird issues.

You can run a remote powershell script to disbale clutter globally.

I think they also alternate with the "how far can we push him before he never uses Microsoft again" folders.

I have not gotten any notifications that my clutter service is off.
