Wow. Poor. Feel sorry for anybody applying.
"I want a performer! Not someone watching the clock!" - that says it all. Bad first impression!^ it goes with saying they no doubt want somebody to work above their normal hours too all the time, be always contactable, never take holiday and be willing to only be paid peanuts.

- To manage our social media and website info. – Marketing and content writer tasks
- Web development maintenance experience – Developer task

Don't think it's even web development. It's Content creation (aka Marketing) adding content to the site. There's no web2.0 or anything going on with them.

Ah I didn't even see that. I saw the ranchdressing one and just assumed they were using Wix.
Ya they had an agency design their current one.

It was just a bad local company..

Bad local companies are often posting fake jobs. It's hard to tell them apart in many cases.
