Holy crap
Some titles are way cheaper in canada. Some are not. Why?!?
Because we Europeans, especially we Germans, like to pay more than others. There may be quite some fees included, like the ones for artists etc. Not sure.
For example, we are paying a reproduction fee if we buy something like USB thumb drives, SD cards and even printers or DVD burners to recompensate publishing companies for example, because we could use such devices to copy their work... Something awfully stupid, all about lobbying.

So FF 9 is still $20 bucks... Meh... I've got it working great on EPSXe and can even use a bluetooth PS4 controller there... So instead, I snagged Gauntlet and Final Fantasy 8.
Maybe if FF9 drops to $11 like Final Fantasy 7.... Still contemplating getting that one.

Lemme see...Yeah, I have it. It came out pretty much instantly on PC.

@scottalanmiller It's not on Steam, GOG, anywhere. I found an announcement that after games for windows live was killed, they pulled it from sale as keys could not be activated anymore.

Oh man, WTF!!!
I HATE that activation crap. It should be illegal. I've not tried to install it recently.

Pretty much all modern software relies on this activation crap now. Brave new world.
None of it actually stops software piracy though, only irks the paying customers.

I reinstalled it earlier this year. None of the "extras" like other outfits that come from the store and such worked, but the game ran fine.

They are advertising a sale on the Fable Franchise with Fable III highlighted but... if you click on it it fails.

The only two things tempting me currently (haven't spent anything yet) are Endless Legend and FFXIII. Any thoughts on either?

I have the FFXIII trilogy but have not had time to play it yet.
