"Oh she doesn't like the vibrating alerts, we'd better enable the electrical shock notification system for her"

I mean they asked if I had asthma!!! WTF?? What does that have to do with my apple watch?
I'd love to do a mock up of a helpdesk flow chart.
Has user turned it off or on again? Y/N
If N, ask to turn it off and on again.
If Y, ask if they have asthma.

I'd call and open another support ticket, ask for a manager straight away and make it clear that you need a reasonable resolution or this will be filed with the FTC. Shocking people and ignoring them and using it as a means to collect inappropriate medical information (they are not under HIPAA, by the way) is totally not okay and you can call in a tip for a HIPAA audit there

I did supposedly talk to a manager.... have my doubts there. So just went right to twitter/facebook https://twitter.com/theminionqueen/status/738454624152211456

Taking to social media is a great way to get contacted by customer service for larger organizations. Worked for Frontier communications and some others in the past. Contacted very quickly.

Well apple support reached out on Twitter and is looking into it... yeah I doubt that is going to help me any.
So in other news I think I might be getting a Fitbit. I know a few people that really like theirs.

Oh, oh, me, me, I do! lol.
I've got the Fitbit Charge. It's been great. My only complaint is that the bands they used with this one fall apart too easily (I had to have the band on mine replaced just before the warranty went out)... But I'm not easy on watches either, lol.

I need the heartrate monitor and the activity part. So I will probably get a FibitHR I think they are called

Yepp. I just got an email about a new one today... The Fitbit Blaze (I don't know if the blaze is new... maybe just the "gunmetal" color, lol)...
-
I'm sad, I was really looking forward to getting an Apple Watch this summer.
-
I have a microsoft band.. I really like it.
-
I am not completely writing them off yet. One bad support person... (ok more than one) sigh never mind....

I would never write off a company jut based on phone support. But that said, it completely sours the product in question.
-
Well, if their public support team can't help you then yeah... it's time to move on... I'd give them a day or two to respond before publicly announcing you are ditching Apple watches...
-
I had an issue with iCloud. (Couldn't access it on any web browser.) I was very shocked at how bad the first few support people I spoke with were.
When I finally spoke with someone helpful, they got it fixed.
Hope you find that person quickly.

In order to get any resolution on having the watch checked out I have to take pics of the watch, pics of my wrist, and then send them in. Then I need to wait on if they think they will do anything about it.
Now if I was trying to sue them or something this makes sense. I just want them to look at the damn watch!

Tell them to just give your money back if they cannot provide support. Post on Twitter than you just want a refund if support can't fix it.

Ya my fitbit band started to come apart. I did have to send a single picture of the band, but they sent me a new one no other questions asked. I didn't have to provide proof or purchase or anything.

Yes that I understand, broken product? Prove it, well I can't cause the watch looks fine. I was totally ok with shipping it to them to have to check it over. But that sentiment is quickly disappearing. I have taken pics just to have them.! Here are the DM's from twitter so far (some removed due to personal information)
