As a child I don't recall "graduating" from pre-k. It was just another day for me. And then a few months later I was back in school.
tly.I tried to not even walk for high school graduation but my parents made me. But for college, I refused to walk for any of my degrees. Never had one prior to graduating high school.

Wondering what the hell to do for the rest of the day in work ??? ??? ???
How much time you got left? There's always time to reprogram the coffee maker, hack the printers to announce voice recognition on their displays or pull the fire alarm and make sure it works...

Personally, I didn't get the point of it, except for keeping parents involved...

But in this area the schools are trying really hard to get / keep parents involved in the lives of their kids. It's an effort that I think is worthy of support!
I totally agree with the idea. But seems like there would be better times to get parents involved, like during the education portions. There are so many opportunities to be involved, having ceremonies takes away from what could be otherwise "family time".

Feels like a kind of arm's length involvement. So many better ways for involvement to happen.

This school did that too, all throughout the year. There were picnics and get togethers for the family, first aid training for the parents that need it. The parents were involved in field trips and everything else too. It was a well done Pre-k program.

Radius is working and I've deployed my Windows 10 image to the 3 laptops that needed it and tested the RadiusCan't work on the Citrix stuff as the manager has gone home (kid broken her arm), so can progress as we need to discuss hardware to run 8-12 VM's for Citrix
Was going to tidy the server room but can't as need to man the phones since we one man short now.

I'm at a trade show I wasn't aware of held by a local it consultant. My boss wanted to go, but had to bail do to a meeting he had at the last minute.

This sort of thing is why I stay inside. Otherwise I'm prone to do the same type of thing.

My older brother once put some poison oak vines on a campfire.... yes, he got it in his lungs. I'm glad this was before I was born.
