We've got regional loss of console, some VMs have gone "down" (unreachable, no way to know more as they dont have console access on Azure) and the collected stats make it randomly look like systems failed between 5 and 25 minutes ago (depending on the VM.)

Yeah, their "we are running fine" reporting is not very accurate.
