I've known a few truly narcoleptic people, and they were somewhat the same way. The one would be awake for 2-3 days in a row, not being able to sleep at all, and then he'd sleep for ~24 hours in a row.

I need my sleep. And can fall asleep anywhere in 2 seconds flat. But I need more sleep than most of you people.

Can't tell you how many times I fell asleep in a twin sized princess bed putting the little ones to sleep.

So I met a Systems Architect last night. He told me he's "only ever seen Linux once and that was in a YouTube video." Not surprisingly their branch is shutting down the end of this year.
