The one on the tab is supposed to show your alert count. I've never seen it negative though.

Just got the call from the boss when I was about to leave the place I was having lunch.... phones are magically working again. They must have sensed the imminent threat that I pose when angry at equipment... remotely repaired by fear of the 24 oz claw hammer...

Just take the 24oz claw hammer and leave it propped up against the hardware...

Ok, I'm going to teach you a new vocabulary word..... NO. It means "I'm not going to do work for you at a discount because you think I should be loyal to someone from my past". Apply liberally as needed to prevent working for less than you are actually worth. Repeat ad infinitum.
