Spin up a CentOS 7 box, install MariaDB (replacement for MySQL), PHP, and Apache.
Start with CentOS 7 Minimal
yum -y installl epel-release php mariadb httpd
This will get the basics.
sorry but i'm not familliar with this, it is new for me and there is not time for learning from scratch, the only option i have is mysql or sql server

Are you installing mysql on windows? Because netiher of those choices are an OS.

Why are those your options? Neither is really a valid option today (for most things.) MariaDB replaced MySQL in nearly all cases a few years ago. MariaDB is the actually database 90% of people mean when they say MySQL.

but i do not know in which one i should host my future database
i have one in windows in easyPHP, and i have apache and mysql and phpmyadmin on ubuntu

is there any diffirence btw mysql on linux and mysql on windows in term of performance and reliability ?? the same question for apach ??
Yes, MariaDB (what you call MySQL) is faster and more stable on Linux. It's also much easier.
yum -y install mariadb
That's all you need.

WHy would you install PHP on Windows? That makes no sense. PHP and MariaDB and Apache all run better and have more support and are easier on Linux. And... FREE!!!
-
Don't install with "easy" stack tools. Those are almost always a huge disaster.

No. MySQL is a database. SQL Server is a database.
Neither one is the OS.
sorry Mr @JaredBusch , i think there is a confusion here, i said i have 2 servers: windows and ubuntu, i have mysql on both OS, i hope my idea is clear now

That helps. Why do you have a database on both?
-
i have mysql on windows a long ago, but recently i installed one application that work only on linux platform so i installed mysql in ubuntu along side with this linux application,
-
Okay.. so only the MariaDB on Ubuntu is what matters here, right? The MySQL on Windows is a red herring?
-
ok, but i just search on the internet about this mariaDB, i found that it is different than mysql
-
Ok, let us just keep simplicity, let's call it mysql, i do not want to confuse myself especially i'm about to start a new project, i have to stick to what is familiar to me so that i can move forward
-
so ok, now for the DBMS we know that mysql on ubuntu is better than the one in windows and better than MS SQL Server, great
-
also there is a software called lamp (similar to wamp in windows) i guess installing apache and mysql seperatly is more reliable than just install this ready to use application (i guess lamp only for testing and dev, in production envirnemnt we have to install things seperatly, isn't it)

Yes, it is better. But it is what people CALL MySQL, you see. It's a fork that replaced it. Nearly all Linux distros ship MariaDB as MySQL.

You need to understand this now, it will be worse later. MySQL is really silly to be discussing. You should be on MariaDB, it's that simple.

Yes, and MySQL on Ubuntu is MariaDB.
