    Reducing Pertino pGateway Logs

      We get a lot of log entries like these. They are Info level. Is there a configuration change to suppress these? We would prefer not to log Info for this but will turn it on manually when troubleshooting.

        Hey SAM - Do you not want Pertino to conduct the pings? Or do you just not want to know about it?

          Just don't want them recorded to the logs on a day to day basis 🙂

            It came up in a casual log audit. Now that we use Loggly, we really notice volume and look to see where it is coming from.

            Ubuntu 13.10 in this particular case. In fact, that's the ML database platform, just perchance.

              Gotcha - If you care to monitor the logs, my suggestion would be to just look for ERROR or FATAL not INFO

                It's Loggly. So the Info logs become part of our volume. We aren't looking for anything, the logs are all hosted online.
