Would you rather... Looking for clever questions

We recently published a "Would you rather" post on our blog and are planning on creating another one. I wanted to reach out to you clever folks to see if you could offer up any tough/clever/funny would you rather questions for the MSP community. Some of the examples that we have currently are....
- Never have a client get malware OR Never lose a skilled technician?
- Have a big client get hooked by a phising scheme OR Have one of your own employees hooked by a phishing scheme?
- Have an 8 day recovery window OR Have a small backup drive that needs to last 8 days?
What else can we ask?!

Would you rather get crypto-locked, or a client get crypto-locked?

Would you rather have to support and implement a system you know full well won't meet the needs of the client or lose a client who's paying you top dollar for the aforementioned services to someone else?

huh - wouldn't the answer for an MSP be always be to the the one you can bill get the problem?

I think in would you rather "yourself or a client" it is always the client. Let's be realistic - we never want a problem to be our fault or even our problem. Plus clients pay for service, that earns money when they've been careless or unfortunate. Not that we want it to happen, but we certainly never want it to be our fault!

That's what I was thinking. Our job at an MSP is often to solve customer disasters. It's not that we want them to have disasters, any more than the fire department doesn't want peoples' houses to burn, but our job is to handle that stuff routinely.

I'm not sure that's a good comparison.
A solid reliable system does not imply it will never fail, but to never need a seatbelt means I can clearly go without it.

I'm pretty sure the point of the question was that it was completely reliable since the alternative was completely reliable. If it wasn't then again, no question, one was totally reliable with the backups.
Honestly, impossible questions are pointless. Nothing is perfectly reliable, so there is no point.

Exactly, so sort of some funniness, I'm not really sure why I would read about two fictional non-nonsensical situations.

Once we are asking fanciful, impossible questions... what is the point? We might as well talk about fairies and talking animals taking over jobs.
